Sandy from BIC Bands (you've probably seen them at various race expos) sent me a couple of their headbands to try over the summer and I have to say they are pretty fab about holding your hair in place. I wore them on a couple of five mile runs at the gym - super sweaty - and they didn't move. I also thought they did a pretty good job of soaking up the sweat. They have a ton of cute designs and if I had daughters I would totally get them these for them for soccer. They are backed with felt so they stick to your hair but don't grab it. One great thing about these is that since they are all handmade you can get them in a custom size if you don't fit their standard 20" size. BIC bands was started as a way to raise money for a Team in Training half marathon but they have continued on giving back and every month donate a portion of sales to a different charity listed on their facebook page. If you have been looking for a non-slip comfy headband definitely give these a try.
